Ingredients: ½ cup za'atar leaves; ¼ cup green jalapeños, sliced; ½ cup The Three Cows White Cheese Full Fat, cut into cubes; 1 tsp lemon zest; 1 tsp sumac; 2 tbsp lemons, cut into small slices; ¼ cup sun-dried tomatoes; olive oil (As required to fill the jar)

Nothing says summer like Feta Cheese. But when its preserved in olive oil with zaatar and lemon, it adds an extra zing. Try this delicious tangy infusion and you’ll see why its a popular preparation in the Middle East.

Instructions

- 1. In a sterilized jar, add some of the Zaatar leaves, lemon, sun dried tomatoes, Jalapeno and sumac.
- 2. Add some of the The Three Cows White Cheese Full Fat and lemon zest.
- 3. Repeat till the jar is filled.
- 4. Fill the jar with olive oil, tightly close and refrigerate for two days before you enjoy it with bread or mix it with your salad.
