Creamy Mozzarella Puff Sticks

• • 1. Mix the The Three Cows Mozzarella Cheese with the eggs and garlic powder by hand.
  • 2. Spread it in a tray, lined with parchment paper, in such a manner that it’s 2.5cm thick.
  • 3. Freeze for 1 hour.
  • 4. Cut the cheese into 12 sticks.
  • 5. Mix the panko with paprika and parsley.
  • 6. Whisk the eggs in another bowl and set aside.
  • 7. Use one square of puff pastry, place a mozzarella stick on one end closer to you then roll, pinch the edge and sides to seal well.
  • 8. Repeat till all rolls are done.
  • 9. Dip in eggs, then in panko.
  • 10. Fry the mozzarella sticks over medium-high heat in a deep pan with enough vegetable oil to fully cover the sticks. (To test if the oil is hot enough for frying, add a pinch of panko breadcrumbs; they should sizzle and begin to brown within 60 seconds.)Once the oil is at the correct temperature, fry the sticks for 3-4 minutes, or until they are golden and crispy. Ensure that you turn them occasionally for even cooking.
